What a cute LO. I love the way you did the arrows. I would say 3rd year if it is going to contain pictures UP TO her 4th birthday. Your first year is up to your first birthday, 2nd year up to your second, etc. Make sense?

Technically the book is about her 4th year. 0-1 1st year, 1-2 second year 2-3 third year, 3-4 fourth year. I think I'd avoid that phrase altogether though because of the confusion. I'd probably just name it her book with a July 2006-July 2007 on the title page, or something to that effect. Or "Amelia: Three Years Old". Something like that

Actually, I think Pat meant to say 4th year (if you follow her explanation) and she is right...as is Ang! Ang has some good suggestions for you to avoid confusion on your book, though.

This layout is a firecracker and I agree with Pat and Ang about how to label the book. What a cutie Amelia is!
