Sliced Zoey

This was an interesting layout. It actually took me quite some time to figure out the trick of the borders.

I used.

TCS Pretty Primavera Alpha

ASO TexturedCardstock Brights

reads:

Never let your green eyes be sad my baby girl. You will always be surrounded by those who love and care for you.

Its all rather simple... but i cant seem to think if anything else can be done. Id love some CC on this.

Oh how cute! I love how you have the photo split into sections. Congrats on figuring that out! ;) And Zoey is absolutely adorable! I like the alpha you chose also. The absolute only thing I can think of that might make this pop would be a background color that you can take from your photo. Other than that I think you have the makings of an awesome LO. Excellent job!

Angela the sliced photo looks wonderful. You have done a great job with that! I think I agree with Brenda change the background colour maybe! But it really does look good as is.

This is really precious, Angela! I love what you did with the photo and with the alpha. I think a brighter background might just give the layout a little more punch. Perhaps you can pull the bright pink off the ric rac on Zoey's skirt? Beautiful job!

How adorable! The photo looks incredible ... i'll have to figure out how to do that myself! I agree ... needs some color --maybe on the journaling. But, I have to say, that it is just wonderful as is!

Ooooh I like the split picture. I haven't figured out how to do that. It looks awesome!! I like the simplicity of the page. Well done :)

Personally, I think this is very elegant as it is. You outline the alpha with aqua ... if you're looking for more of a pop. Otherwise, I wouldn't change anything. Beautiful LO! OHhhh .... and your daughter is adorable!! Great job with the split picture too!

I love this picture... look at that face! And I love the creative cutting, but yet you can still see exactly what the picture is all about!
