I have to admit I seen a similar layout and it helped me with this layout.

 

Program Used: Photoshop CS3

Products: AMC_Water paper, MRE_Lifted Photo from Scrap Girls.com

Fonts: Zaphino and Helvetica Neue Bold Condensed

Great, fun, colourful layout! Makes me want to jump in with them..........well.......maybe not but it sure looks like they had a blast! Well done!
