Events of my niece's first day of second grade...the things kids say! LOL Hopefully when she is 16 we can read this back to her and she will laugh too!
Journaling: (don't read if you have a weak stomach...!!)
emily’s first day of school started out with the alarm clock
going off..ring! ring!! time to get up! it’s the first day of
school, 2nd grade! ooooooo her teacher is miss maloy and she
gets to change classes this year! her favorite class is writing
and they started writing a story together, but she couldn’t
tell me what it was about??? hmmm..she has a music class and
PE too! on wednesday she starts her gifted classes which she
will start going to every week! we are so proud! when her mom
asked what happened at school, emily said she may have a bad
problem with one of the girls named camille. she said, "camille
tells me I’m touching the boogar wall!" what’s the boogar wall?
apparently it’s the wall the kids line up on, to stand in the
lunch line..I’m too scared to ask why the kids call it that so
her mom just told her not to touch it!! Welcome to 2nd Grade!
