Hot Apple Cider
I make this often once it gets a little cooler out because it's just sooooo yummy! You can use generic apple cider or store brand (the inexpensive one) instead of the more costly apple cider from an orchard because once you add all of the other goodies, you can't tell the difference anyway. Also, I've made it tons of times without tying the spices into cheesecloth, just let them float, but then you have to scoop around the spices. Either way works!
