I finally(!) finished making my son's costume. No sewing machine so the vest and boot covers are all done by hand. What possessed me to do that, I don't know. How can I say no to my cutie. 
We were shooting for scary, but I think he looks more like a GQ pirate.
Anyway, I had to do a "staging" so I could send out Halloween pictures to all the internet-challenged relatives. Of course, I had to make a LO as well to send out in an email. I didn't have any Halloween paper so I made my own! Thank goodness I had some gorgeous SG paper to work with.
