The land of Laurel...

The land of Laurel...

The thoughts of Laurel's beautiful view was made even more precious knowing that she is probably suffering from an abundance of smoke from the So. California fires. I haven't heard if the fires are close but we are praying that she and all of the other ScrapGirls are ok!

Items used:

Also, thanks to message board members that taught me the 'photo fading into paper' gradient method several months ago! You are all the best!!!

Beautiful LO Tanya. Nice blending job. I love the bow and ribbon with the tag.
Oooh, this is great Tracy! Thank you so much! I love that blending technique you did. Awesome job. :)

And yes, you're right, I've temporarily lost this great view due to the smoke cloud that is sitting on top of us at the moment. Luckily for us it's just smoke right now, as the fires are far enough away that we don't have to evacuate. Just stay indoors as much as possible until this has a chance to clear out. We're just feeling very lucky and grateful that the fire hasn't reached us. We're still praying for those who are being more affected by it and hope that the conditions will be good enough to put an end to these horrible fires.
What a stunning layout!! Beautifully done. :D
