Oh, Anna - this is breathtaking, and it made me cry (I weep at beauty as well as sorrow). Your layout works on so many levels - the sunlight on your daughter's face, the gradations of light in the background, the "window" frame around the whole, the perfect choice and placement of journaling. What a wonderful memory for you and your daughter.
