Do Over Challenge - Pure Joy
I redid a birthday LO for my dd. Here's the original: Birthday Surprise

When Alyssa turned 16 this year,
we wanted to do something special.
Since she has a love of photography
what better present could we give,
but a camera! After researching them,
we found the best one for her. It was so
hard to wait to give it. We knew she
would be so excited. When the day
finally came, her expression and
appreciation made it all worth while.
Happy Birthday Sweetie!

Great LO! I love the quote going across the top of the page. What a great way to get a value across. I actually felt a lump in my throught when I read the journaling. I could just feel the excitement and joy and appreciation. Fantastic job.

Isn't the best feeling to find the perfect present for someone and to see their excitement and joy? I like your first layout, but this one is beautiful. It better matches the whole story behind the photo; more grown up, if that makes sense?

although I liked the birthday hat on the first one, I have to admit, the green really pops the photo out there.
