Shine On

Shine On

This is an example layout for the class "Conquering the Fear of Patterned Paper"

I used the following Scrap Girls products:
Pretty Primavera Collection Biggie
ScrapSimple Styles-Tools: Inked Edges Neutrals 4201

Journaling:
Megan ran face first into the kitchen table the other day. She got a huge bruise on her cheek. A few days later, as it turned purple and yellow, she told me that her cheek was "boo-tiful" and that she loved it. I guess beauty really is all in the eye of the beholder!

She loves "My Little Ponies" and on one of the movies they sing a song called "Shine On." It's all about celebrating your differences and the things that make you unique. Every time I hear it (at least once a day, it seems), it makes me laugh. Shine on, Megan! Shine on!

Not even a big purple bruise can marr (sp?) that cute face! I love that you chose NOT to use the lavender in the photos on your LO...i stick with the colors in my photo too often. Great example of all the things you have been teaching us, anna!
Awesome LO! Love the colors, the journaling and the placement of the pictures. Really great! It is going in my favorites! I may just need to scraplift it :-)
Great story and a great class!
