Cream Cheese Frosting
Ok...so I didn't wait till tomorrow. I was on the phone with a friend and put this together reall quick. Recipe makes some pretty good frosting. Got it from allrecipes.com...it's called Cream Cheese Frosting II, and has gotten a lot of reviews. This would also work well on carrot cake.

Yeah...perfect for carrot cake. (and I have a box of carrot cake mix in the pantry and cream cheese in the fridge...hmmmmmm) Great colors to go with the carrot cake idea.
