Oh! This is a great LO! I love the three orange stamps to the left of the picture. They anchor your page so nicely. I also love the colors! Great for those swimming pictures. Nice work!

That polka dot paper is inspired for a zinger to this layout! I love how you echoed it in your stamped circles - great job with your shadowing there by the way. The green photo mattes are great to bump up the photos a notch. I'm impressed you can be so summer inspired in the middle of winter!
