Going Home
I didn't think I was going to be able to come up with a subject for this challenge but it hit me two days later! Thanks for the sketch Marnie!

Journaling:
A smiling, happy nurse brought you to us at 2:30 pm today. She joyfully told us you were doing well enough for us to take you home. I think all of the nurses were just as excited as we were! We dressed you in your going home outfit and took pictures to document your big day.

aaaaawwwww, so sweet. I love how you have the pic of him in his car seat and of the teddy-bear in the car seat. I like the torn edge on the paper - and how you emphasized certain words in the journalling.

I saw the photos and then read the journaling. It hit home...I like the papers that you used and how you balanced out the sketches so nicely. The Teddy Bear is definetly a hit.
