Directions for one technique I did on this layout:

 

In order to unify all the pretty patterns and colors for this layout, I simply applied Cheryl Barber’s SS Tools – Styles: Chipboard Textured 4107 Mini to all the elements. This particular style (Inclusions) made the edges look sanded and intensified the colors at the same time, bringing the varying elements together nicely.

What a very pretty and colorful layout. I love tulips and the colors you have chosen make the tulips stand out. Great layout. Also wanted to say that I liked how you overlapped the photos and your use of the corners. And the little yellow outline frame around the photos.
