Cherry Blossom Festival
I visited the Cherry Blossom Festival in DC a couple of years ago. I finally scrapped some of the pictures for Tuesday's Freebie Challenge. I used the KSU Cowgirl Freebie, and TCS SS Paper Beautiful Distress Weathered

Pretty. In the gallery, I thought that the background was snow. The faded blossoms make a lovely, delicate background. I love pictures of cherry blossoms.
