Over the years I've made 4 dollhouses, all 1" equals 1 foot.

 

This one was the most fun to build because it was for her!

 

It has lights that work but I kept the

furniture simple so Melissa can play with it. When she grows out of

the playing stage I'll finish it for her with better furniture, lights, cabinets etc.

I'm with Sarah here and was goign to say the same thing.... what an accomplishment. The dollhouse is gorgeous and I love the way tha you have done the layout to show some of the darling details. What a treasure for Melissa to have for playing and then for keeping.

Beautiful dollhouse, and beautiful LO! Great job on both! (I love that you are Oma! My grandmother used that name with her great grandkids, since they each had so many grandmas already.)
