I did that once.......got three years behind in putting photos in albums and it took me an entire 12 hour day to get caught up. I can't imagine if I had tried to catch up w/scrapbooking! You are a trouper all right..........and maybe a bit crazy too! LOL

Great lay out - I think this is what they call real life scrapping. If I were you I'd start today with digital and work one day or um one lay out at a time going backwards. Just remember its suppose to be fun.

A very smart woman I know once told me, "I can't give you permission to do that." I looked at her and said, "But I can give it to myself," and then off I went!

Good LO. Guess it kind of makes us all appreciate that we do it on the computer, yes!

This is really cool !! YOu have captured it all so well .....I say buy them plastic container & buy 12 or so & mark them with the everything & place it all in there & when you need something to play with you will know exactly where it is.

This LO fantastically represents the barrier I felt when I paper scrapped. I have a ton of paper supplies, and now I've come to terms that I may never use them all, but it's okay, b/c it was a step in my journey that led me to digital. And now I'm at "home."

Burnsie is right and welcome to the crazy Paperlovin' world! You wouldn't believe how many supplies i have that I haven't touched in months but still plan to use during the winter I mean, you gotta have more than just one hobby or you'll get bored ya know?? Have fun finishing up those albums but I suggest using hybrid methods here...it'll be faster. Half paper, half digital

Too funny. I have a basement full of wasted money, but no time to try to scrap it. Ebay is the way to go.

Cute layout, love the photo. I'm just about ready to unload all my paper supplies. I do still do cards, but all my scrapping is digital now. I cleaned out a lot after about 6 months of digi, but I really did have way too much stuff.

You have my sympathy re: the project - but I love the LO, especially the pic with your head in your hands...it really speaks volumes. Hang in there, I'm rooting for you.

Oh, JoEllen, truer words were never spoken. Procrastination, is the bane of all our existances. I just cleaned out my old paper scrapping supplies and gave them to a friend of mine who still paper scraps. I saved some so that I can still do my cards and gift bags for the holidays. Of course, I didn't give away my Xyron's or my wonderful paper cutting machine. Those I always use.

 

I love the layout, JoEllen and the photos are wonderful. I don't envy you your job of trying to get everything done, but you'll do it. Just take lots of deep breaths and you'll get through it.

 

Wowzers, you're a better woman than I. I gave all my paper and supplies to a friend and will be scanning in pics. I also now take pics of all the papers created on a daily basis by my kids so if the original doesn't last or gets misplaced, I have it to scrap.

Maybe you need to take a break and try the 4x6 size for awhile? Great job!

I feel for you! I'm still paper-scrapping, and getting paid to do it too, so hang in there. Someday, scrappin' will pay off.
