Slush Punch

2 ½ cups sugar

6 cups water

2 (3 oz) packs of strawberry gelatin

1 (46oz) can pineapple juice

2/3 cup lemon juice

4 cups orange juice

2 liters Sprite or similar

 

Boil water, sugar, and gelatin in a large pot for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in pineapple, lemon, and orange juices; mix well.

Divide mixture in ½ and freeze in 2 separate containers. Freeze until solid.

Break up one of the frozen punch mixtures, when ready to serve, and put into punch bowl. Pour Sprite over punch & stir until slushy.

 

Pineapple Punch

1 (46 oz) can pineapple juice, chilled

1 (32 oz) bottle cranberry juice cocktail, chilled

1 liter of ginger ale, chilled

1 orange, thinly sliced (optional)

Fresh mint leaves (optional)

 

Combine juice and ginger ale in a large punch bowl. Garnish with orange slices and mint if desired.

What a great LO. The flowers look like they are standing out off the page and makes me want to touch them. And the punches sound yummy, especially the Slush Punch!
