This is such a "cool" color in that it makes you feel cool. This is a "cool" layout because you did an outstanding job on it. Love the colors and the arrangement of the pictures if perfect. I love to see layouts featuring lots of pictures of a vacation or a fun day trip. the multi colored Alphas really set this off.

Aren't templates awesome? You add a few drop shadows and an embellie or two and wham your done! I love the positioning of the dolphin and the lettering is so cool. Looks like a good time was had by all. Great Job!
