Most of the elements are from the Literature set, with the medallion and brown background paper being freebies but I'm not sure from whom. (So sorry... I need to get better at writing these things down as I use them.)

How fun! Those teenage-boys-sleeping-in-cars pics are so funny. I have four teen boys and we have LOTS of those pictures! I like the arrow doodles on your page, too. Nice job!

Wowie! Love how you changed the striped paper to a vellum - it blends right in with the rest of the elements, and gives a little punch of color!
