Ice Cream

My Dad LOVES ice cream, but doesn't have it often anymore. He really enjoyed it at our family bbq, as did my sister who I had to capture holding both her cone and her son's. I'm not a big fan of vanilla ice cream, so I mainly enjoyed taking pictures of everyone else enjoying it. :-)

 

I'm not sure who I scraplifted for this, but I know I've seen LOs with this general arrangement of photos before, although generally without the photo by itself on the other side.

ICE CREAM.....my favorite!! I remember when I was a little girl getting to sit on the hand-cranked freezer while my dad turned the handle. Then if I was lucky I got to lick the dasher. You young ladies will not have a clue what I'm talking about! My absolute favorite flavor was fresh peach. This is a wonderful layout, a real family memory.

Looks like a lot of family fun in the summertime - and ice cream is a classic summer activity. I like the kid-like colors and look of this - the embelli's really do look like stickers you picked out together to stick on here. Such a summer fun layout!
