Tuna Fish Casserole

Looks yummy. You're so ambitious. I want to do something similar to your project, but haven't gotten started yet. For most of my cooking I just throw in a little of this and maybe a bit more of that. Never quite the same twice. How do you write that all down in the instructions. that came from when we had very limited resources and we used what was on hand. My granddaughters need to learn how to do this too. Looking forward to seeing more of your terrific cookbook.
