I began my morning, fully expecting to clean bathrooms and vacuum floors. Nathan went outside to play, and I started to gather my supplies. He came into the house a few minutes later, excited for me to see what he had done. I followed him to see he had drawn a Tic-Tac-Toe square on the cement. How could I resist this? Several tic-tac-toe games later, we played boxes, drew pictures, traced our shadows, drew mazes, and designed our names in chalk. It was fun! Every once in a while a thought popped into my head about those dirty, ignored bathrooms, but there are more important things than a clean bathroom. Without a doubt.
