This black and white photo has sat on my parents wall for over 40 years.
It my little sister Jenn.
Every time I see it I think of the little dress she is wearing and I can see the colour of it in my minds eye - peachy with brown rick rack braid. We each had one, sewn by our mum on her Jones treadle sewing machine.
So today I finally plucked up the courage to colour the dress and the child that is my sister.
I hope you like the result - my mum will love it.
