The new Naturescape club kit was perfect for our recent camping weekend! This is the soonest I have ever scrapped a page - the photos were taken only a week ago. Everything used is from the club kit. I love the red leaves in this kit!
One technique on this layout (PSE4): I "erased" the lines in the original journaling block by replacing the interior of the block with a new paper. There are many different ways to do this, but this is how I chose to do it. I used the magic wand tool to select the dark brown border. I clicked "Layer" and "Inverse" to invert the selected areas. With the jounaling block layer selected, I used the eraser tool to erase the middle of the block inside the brown border. Because the brown border was not part of my selection, my eraser erased perfectly up to the border. I then cut a rectangle, approximately the size of the jounaling block, out of the same paper as my background (with the color removed and then replaced with a brown shade). I placed this paper behind the block and then merged the layers.
