For the Mess or Masterpiece, I was stuck with this outta focus image, a paper from Provence, the embellishments: ShaBop word art from BeBop and the nail polish from Slumberella and the Alpha from Beachy; all from Scrap Girls.

I used the poster edges filter and placed the posterization to high and the other options to low.

I actually like this, lol. The photo itself even may be out of focus but it sure does work for another era. Love the journaling.

Such a great solution for a fuzzy photo. The colours work so well with the posterizing. The lo inspires me to play a little more with the effects in my PSE.
