Debbie, If you ever get to Paris, make sure you take at least a half day minimum to travel out of Paris about an hour to visit Giverny. I was there in late September and it was stunning. My only regret was that I didn't take a full day to be there. In fact, I plan to return and stay in the adjacent town for a couple days. The American Artist museum is about a block away from Monet's house. Monet didn't care for the Americans. A friend told me they liked the American museum better than Monet's but I was grateful and entranced by what I saw. I hope you get the opportunity to see it. It's fantastic!
