Well done, Bobbie. I am like you and hate to take meds if it isn't necessary. That looks like a fine, healthy alternative and I like that way that you have used your macro for the background. I also really like how you have framed the picturea nd altered the word art.

Congrats on lowering your cholesterol through diet. It's wonderful how you've used the yogurt as part of the background paper. The frame that you've chosen works perfectly!

I really love how this photo just opens up into the background of the yogurt container, so inventive. And congrats on lowering your cholesterol on your own!

Way to go, Bobbie. On lowering your cholesterol and designing a winning layout! Unfortunately, my healthy breakfasts aren't enough, and I am on a low dosage med. Still trying though. And don't you just love that oatmeal? Yummy! Have you tried it in the crock pot?

A winner on a lot of levels. First, congrats for taking such good care of you. Second, the Lo is so cute. I love that you used the label for your background.
