Day 30: New Perspective...through Jack's eyes

Oh, was this ever fun! I had NO idea what new perspective I was looking for. I thought about heavy inward perspectives...not up for that today. Then I thought about getting down in the grass or something. That didn't do it for me, though looks like others did well with it! Then I saw the Jack-o-lanterns our DDs and I carved last night! The idea was formed instantly to look THROUGH Jack's eyes. At first I thought I'd just shoot the neighbor's house. But then I thought of what Jack sees all night on Halloween: Trick-or-Treaters. Who better than our lovely DDs to serve as the focus of the photo (or are they?).

I had so much fun with this...though our DDs think I'm crazy!

Thanks Mary Elizabeth for this mind stretching challenge!

This is truly a great LO Debbie...I love seeing the girls through "Jack's eyes". You did a wonderful job on this one and I also love the use of the brackets around Jack's head. Happy Halloween to you and the girls!

What an imaginative approach, Debbie. This is a really fun halloween perspective. Your layout is perfect to show off your pumpkin 'mask'. Your girls must have gotten a kick out of this.

Wow, this is really a stretch, Debbie! And I love it. I can just imagine all the giggles that went on at your house while you and your daughters were setting up this shot! Really a terrific layout - and imagination!

Great job! I took a similar photo last night carving pumpkins! I had fun with different perspectives all day!

This is so much fun!

Very original, Debbie! And the girls may think you're crazy now, but 20 years or so down the road, they'll know how creative their mom is!
