This is a picture of my 18 yo daughter and her 5 yo cousin, my niece. Every time I see this pic, I hear the theme from "Jaws" in my head. But I don't know how to get that message across. Any suggestions????

LOL Now that you've said that...I am humming the theme, too.
I'm not clever enough...you need someone like Janine (J9Buckles) in here to come up with something clever. lol

Maybe like a big shark mouth around the photo? I can see it in my head, just can't describe it... like a shark jaw with the teeth... where the pic would be IN the mouth....?? LOL I'm bad at describing my thoughts.
You could do the quote from "The Holiday" (Jack Black says,) "Da-Dum... Two notes and you've got a villain."

I really like Lori's suggestion of Shark Jaws. Maybe find a photo soemwhere in stock exchange that someone posted of a shark with a huge open mouth coming towards the camera and sorta burn/blend that into the background paper. Then for the title I would put Watch out...Jaws comin' at ya! a play on cousins playing tag with each other.... or something to that effect. I do agree with Charlene you gotta get ahold of Janine!

Title suggestions: "Inflatable Jaws?"
"Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water..."
"Cue Jaws Theme Song"
Love this layout! There are some cool wave shapes you could use and there's a sale on!
SS Tools Shapes: Waves
SS Type Paths: Waves
And there are a lot of beach themed collections out there too! Just do a search for the word Beach and/or Beachin - you'll find tons to choose from! You could add shells, and ropes or beach balls etc... lots of cool things
Have fun - you're off to a great start!

I really like the suggestions of incorporating a shark into the layout. But I've never done the burn/blend thing! I know what I would like to do: something like the dog background in this layout

. But I don't know how to blend (?) the image, change it to a monochromatic one, etc. Do you know what I mean?????????????????????

Did you see the instructions she put in the description of that layout?
I'll copy it here:
I had this cool photo of Zeus looking out into the street that I wanted to incorporate into my layout in a subtle way. I enlarged the photo so it was the length of my layout, then I changed the Blend Mode to “Hard Light” and lightened the Opacity to 25%. I still had a hard edge from the edge of my photo that I wanted to soften. I took one of Lori Cook’s Grunge Brushes and, with the Eraser Tool, I slowly erased the edge of my photo in line with Zeus’ body to give it a nice, soft, blended look.
Could you give that a try?

Or find a picture from the jaws movie and layer it over your photo; change the blend mode to Overlay and lower the opacity 'til you like it. Don't know if it will have the effect you want but you can duplicate layers and apply different blend modes 'til you get the look you want.
