This one is for those of you who've commented that you can feel yourself gaining weight reading these recipes.
The recipe calls for it to be served as an appetizer, but I have also served it as a salad.

    OH YUM!!! I LOOOOOOVE mushrooms. Going to have to make this! But I'll have to do it sometime with my mom & sis - dh wouldn't touch veggies with a ten foot pole. *roll eyes*
