I'm so glad I decided I needed a picture with this--which meant I had to make a batch! This is so easy, and so very tasty--even if you use light dressing and lowfat (or fat-free) sour cream. My scrapping ingredients are in the details. Enjoy!

DH just asked me to make spinach dip two days ago, and I had to find a recipe! This is perfect! Thanks for sharing! That photo was a perfect touch, and sometimes hard to get on a 4X6 recipe card.

YUM! I love spinach dip and I have all but the peppers, ranch and sour cream. Looks like a trip to the store is in order later when I'm capable of going again
