My mom makes this recipe for parties and picnics. The leftovers make a great lunch item too. It's a cold vegetable pizza.....a nice change from the standard veggie/dip tray. You can use your favorite veggies as the topping, so there are combinations galore!!!

Oh oh oh!!!!! My aunt used to make this for holidays! I love it, but never got the recipe from her. Thank you so much for sharing this layout and this recipe! I can't wait to try it again - it's been SO many years!

YUM! Thanks Tiza! This I can sure have! Since I have my own mix I use (I have the make ahead mix cookbook), I can subsitute that for the crescent rolls and just do my own
