Great job on your layout. It is tough adjusting to having your family in the military. Currently, my brother is in Afghanistan and my sister is supposed to be deployed in a couple of months. I struggle with it daily, because I helped to raise them and they stay with me. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your son.

What a great LO. It is so perfect for those great photos. I'm glad that he's exploring his talents beyond the "nerdy" side. I'm sure he will have tons of personal growth and challenges that most young men will never know.

Orrinda - great LO for both you and him! It must be difficult letting your son leave the nest, let alone letting him leave to join the military - I will be doing the same thing in a few short months and I'm not sure if I'm ready either! Doesn't even help me that I'm a military spouse ... I do hope that it gets easier for you and please thank him for all that he is doing for his country!
