Beautiful page! Ah, a good butcher is wonderful. Your roast as well as your page looks fabulous! I have a Julia Child cookbook that my grandmother had signed for me (they had their hair done at the same place) but I honestly haven't used it. I've always just called my mother-in-law (she authored several cookbooks) I'm sure she learned her roasting techniques from watching Julia. I love how you used the fir border and the red bow on this page. The red frame really sets off your fabulous photo as well. Nicely done!
