Tamara's Pork Pozole

I'm not sure where I got this recipe, but it is delicious. You can use chicken instead of pork, and the recipe doubles (and halves) fairly easily too. We have also made it thicker at times by using less liquid (or more other ingredients) and have served it on tortillas.

I love the mix of spices you have in this recipe. I've made something similar on the stove and made chimichangas from it. It is out of this world. I can't wait to try it. Your card is so bright and colorful. Very cute.
