A recent Picture of my growing daughter, Jemima.

How the time flies!

If the journalling is hard to read - it says:-

There's something like a line of gold thread running through a man's words

when he talks to his daughter, and gradually over the years it gets to be long

enough for you to pick up in your hands and weave

into a cloth that feels like love itself.

~John Gregory Brown

I used the following items:-

ASO_Nostalgia_Emb_JournalBlock

I love the colors you used for this LO, they really make your photo the center of attention. Beautiful picture and I really like the saying you used. Great job Dave!

Oh, Dave, that is just so touching. I know my DH would have written the same about our two beautiful daughters, but he never would have found the nerve. It's a lovely layout, a lovely young lady, and very lovely journaling. I hope you are able to find more time to spend with us in 2009.

Dave, you have captured her so beautifully. The photo is awesome, your use of the picture corners adds a wonderful warm & classic touch. The quote is heartwarming and perfect. TFS.

Darling little daughter - she is beautiful - I loved your quote - so fitting for this layout. Enjoyed seeing this layout while browsing your Gallery. I'm a little late in commenting but that doesn't make my comments any less sincere! Great work!
