Here is the original description (thanks to Vaughde!)

Our church is helping a refugee family from Africa settle in the United States. The oldest boy is very talented with a camera (he borrows mine whenever we go on a "field trip") so I made sure he got one for Christmas. All of these photos (except the one he is in!) are his.

My friend who was there Christmas morning with them asked me to help make a thank you card the family could send to all the different groups who gave them gifts. She loved it, but I felt it could use some more tweaking and a lot more space, lol.

So here is the layout! None of my photos used, and none of my family included, but at least it is my design! A small tribute to my love for them and my pride in how well they are adapting to their new life.
