I did this layout for my sister in law. I had been messing around with background papers and made one of her dad and she wanted one of her mom also so she could frame them together. I made the background about a month ago and uploaded it to a color challenge for pink and brown about 2 weeks ago. I finally got back to it today and added her picture in a frame. I'm not quite satisfied with it yet but I'm unsure what to add because my sister in law does not want a lot of embellishments. My mother in law's sister used to colorization of photos for a photographer so I did not have to change much in the photo itself.

I think you have done a wonderful job! When I saw it, the photo reminded me of my mom with the hair style and color touched photo. Very nice!!!

This is Beautiful! It doesn't need anymore embellishments. The stars on the frame alone are enough especially with that background. Although if you wanted to add something, maybe a one stemmed pink rose? or a stemmed Red one?
