I love love love what you have done here so far! What about adding some stars or sparkles behind the photos...just a few to not overpower it? What about some simple curlicue type brushes? Maybe a half of a pine tree behind the pictures on the right side of the layout...now not all of these all at once but just some ideas

Love the fifties feel to the photos and that great title.To add to Vaughndes ideas.How about connecting everything a little more,maybe by clustering everything by the Rule of Thirds?I use a 3x3grid to help me position elements?I have found this invaluable when I want to get everything balanced.If you look in the university or put Rule of Thirds into the search option for the MB there is bound to be lots of threads about it.HTH
