8 Cups Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder
3/4 Cup Cocoa
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Combine ingredients in a blender, 1/2 the amount at a time. Keep in a jar or can with a tight fitting lid.
You can substitute 1-2 cups of vanilla or French vanilla powdered creamer for 1-2 cups of the powdered milk. You can cut down the sugar by using 3/4 cups Splenda.
