Christmas Card 1

This one I made for initially for my sons and then ran out of time and had to use the file for various other people, changing the name as I went. I always use Camels on my cards at Christmas; kind of a tradition and especially apt bearing in mind where I live.

Ok, I have to ask. Where do you live. This is a really interesting card. Love your details.

I'm British from UK but live in Bahrain, adjacent to Saudi Arabia. Bahrain is a small island approximately 30 long by 10 wide.

Jene, I love so many things about this layout that I don't know where to start. Using a camel is unique and fun. I love the tatoo look on the camel. The plain paper strip really allows the glowing star to stand out. A camel christmas tree is just beyond my imagination. I really love this layout!!!

Have you considered offering some camel art for the boutique?

Hi Dianna

Thank you, I am so glad you like it. Each year I use a different camel but I think this one has to be the best card I made. Having said that it took hours attaching all the baubles, etc to him. He's kind of cool though isn't he. Talking about camel christmas trees, I don't have many but I have a few camel ornaments on my tree each year. If I hadn't packed it all way I would have sent you a scan of one.

Camel art for the boutique? No it had not occurred to me although it sounds an excellent idea; different and especially nice for christmas.

Thanks for looking at my gallery.
