1989

I cannot believe that these pictures were taken 20, yes...TWENTY years ago! I wanted to give them a TODAY look and the new

ScrapSimple papers (Florid Overlay) from Amanda Sok in this months Club are just what I needed. I must have pushed and pulled

my 1989 font (Alpha) all over this LO before I remembered that I had a free font that gives the barcode look. It's a mighty

strange name (C39HrP48DgTt) but it worked- Whew!!!

Thanks for looking,

Eden

Cute pictures! I love the blues and warm tans with teh small accents of color from the ribbons. I love how you layered everything to, very fun and fresh.

Eden, what a great job you did. I would never have known the photos were taken so long ago if you hadn't mentioned it. The bascood is a neat addition. TFS!

I am really enjoying looking at this layout. I love all the little touches you've added to it, from the colors to the elements and the way you blended the different backgrounds together. The barcode is a really fun touch too. What a happy baby you had too. He looks so sweet. Time really does fly doesn't it?

This is a great layout. I have pictures of my oldest that are that old as well. You've given my inspiration to start scrappin' them. Ditto on the barcode...nice touch.

this one jumped right off the screen at me. Outstanding job on this great layout. Looks like everything worked out well and I love the huge oversized bracket. The barcode is the perfect touch down there. I might have to steal some of your ideas for this one. I've got similar pictures from that era. This is just outstanding.

I LOVE this! That great big bold black bracket just totally grabs the eye, grounds all that color and energy and frames your handsome guy in such a cool way. And then there are all these little touches that add so much (the clock brush, the tied ribbons, the barcode, the pinned tag, the....)
