First Cone

I was inspired by the circles in Angie Brigg's layout in the newsletter on March 12.

Journaling: This boy, who moments ago was fussing, as usual, about being held against his will, suddenly was quiet when I handed him this marvelous concoction. He had been roaming around the mall, but now I needed to hold on to him as we ordered ice creams. But after being given his cone, he sat in a seat for ten minutes, steadily licking the strawberry sorbet! He did it very neatly too; I was impressed! I told Rhiannon that her brother ate more neatly than she did. 3/12/09

I used:

plaid paper: sds_olu_paper2

striped paper: DEB_ChristmasDinner_Special_Stripe

solid pink: CherylMcCain_Springalicious_bg5

free alpha filename is simply jkt_apr08 and I don't recall where I got it

I love how you did this layout...using the circle fits so well with the scoop of ice cream/sorbet on top of the cone! You got some great pictures, too, especially with his tongue licking it! Makes my mouth water as I can imagine the taste....
