I created this layout on my IMac using Photoshop CS3.

 

Supplies I used:

SG_Refresh2_Emb_SBA_Frame-yellow - I made it blue

SG_Refresh2_Emb_KSC_BentFrames2 - again I made them blue

MRE_Lifted_Journal_Clean_Shadowed_1

SBA_FastCar_12x12_Go

Font-Apple Casual
