Life is a Journey

I have been meaning to do a timeline layout of my journey for a while now...thank you so much for this for the challenge. It took me a little longer than I thought to put this one together, and sifting through my old photos of myself was a journey in itself! I really have come a long way. Thanks for looking!

February 2007

This was the beginning of the end! My highest weight, pre-diabetic, and so unhealthy. I was determined to stop this vicious cycle.

July 2007

Progress! Down about 30 pounds and it’s starting to show!

October 2007

Here I am after getting my belly pierced ~ my 50 pound reward!

July 2008

Over 75 pounds gone! Vacation in Orlando, hanging by the pool and not hiding under coverups...worth every effort!

September 2008

Down 90 pounds and 6 pants sizes! I am living the active life that I always wanted to! We go hiking as a family now and I have started running, dancing, spinning and most importantly ~ I’ve started living!

November 2008

My first 8k race! Lori and I ran it together Thanksgiving morning ~ so proud!

March 2009

Still moving forward everyday. Making those conscious decisions to eat right, exercise, and make time for myself. I am in the best shape of my life but I want more! I have goals still to attain. ~ I want to run a marathon and wear a bikini.

I have the motivation and I won’t stop until I make all my dreams come true!

Really great LO. I love the way you've laid it you and the different heights of the photos. Your journaling is just right. I too like the date tabs to give the LO a bit of cohesiveness through repetition. Great colors, great work! Congrats on your new lifestyle!
