I don't know if these were popular everywhere, but here in Ohio a few years back they were. They are scarfs! Their aunt got them each one for

their birthdays and they found other uses for them than wearing them around there neck.

The colors are perfect! Love how the girls are having such a good time with those tube scraves. My GD loves hers too.

The colors you chose are perfect for the photos. Yes, the scarves were popular here and I have several of them. Still use them - around my neck. :)
