This was my Daughter in Laws birthday card.

 

I used DEB_Character_Paper_TealStone.jpg as the base layer with STI_SSTools_Styles_Watercolor4901 overlaid with TCS_Bella_Paper_12x12_GreenFloral.jpg set to lighter colour and lowered opacity and then ran a smart glow (MRE_SSTools_PhotoBasics) over that and the photo.

I used MRE_SSEmb_PhotoMasks_Downtown_Frame_Special.png for the frame with a gradient plus STI_SSTools_Styles_Watercolor4901 to colour it. I also used the water colour effect on the "happy birthday"
