(not eligible for the prize...loved the inspiration though)

Here's my contribution to the Mischief! I've wanted to scrap these photos for a while. Loved the quote and immediately thought of them. There will be a companion page to this with DD2 and her masterpiece.

I used:

BMU The View paper

BHA_Abstract Impressionism (hangers)

TCO_SSDLO Template Gallery

SBA_Basic Shadows style

KSC_Organica style

font Arial

Thanks for looking. CC welcome.

Journaling reads:

Bethany D has enjoyed art from an early age. Beginning with crayons she made bold statements covering most of the paper. Her fingerpainting showed her love of painting both the paper and herself. This is her first completed work using tempra paints on butcher paper. Her love of color and layers upon layers of paint is evident. She is inspired by the words of Danny Kaye, “Life is a great big canvas, and you should throw all the paint you can on it.”

I love this!!! Especially the formal description of the artist and the gallery type display of the work of art. Perfect journaling. Oh by the way the artist is not only talented but cute.

This is awesome!! I like seeing both the artist and the artwork. The background paper you used is really cool. I like how you put all of this together.

Really cute LO - I love the way they look like they're hanging on the wall, and your gallery tag is the perfect touch.

Ooooohhhhh, masterpiece indeed. What fun scrap for you about your dd. I can't wait to see what you do with dd2's layout. I love the painting and she looks like she's having so much fun. Great job on using the quote so well.
