I can't imagine selling a house on e-bay, but I think your beautiful scrapbook page is a great way to advertise the house. It sure is a beautiful home.

WOW! What a fantastic looking house! If i lived there i dont think I'd ever want to move! Houses in the US look so much more interesting than those over here in the UK, ours all look the same and about half the size of this!

this is a cool idea for selling your house and a great reminder of all the neat bits in your house and garden to remember once its sold.

also from a buyers prospective the fact that you show off your creative talents is more than likely to appeal to prospective buyers as they will think you have probably taken good care of it and used your creative skills there too.

good luck with the sale and hopefully you are onto bigger and better things

Oh man, I wish I could live there. I have family in Fredricksburg and I grew up in Northern Virginia. I miss it there. You have such a beautiful home and did a lovely job at featuring it in your layouts.
